| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como escopo abordar os impactos da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) no âmbito das relações trabalhistas. Nas pegadas desse processo, estabelece-se como problema de pesquisa a seguinte indagação: quais os desafios e impactos dessa legislação no bojo do direito do trabalho? A partir daí, estabelece-se como objetivo geral analisar as relações laborais e seus desdobramentos jurídicos a partir da LGPD. Primeiramente, faz-se uma leitura do direito do trabalho na contemporaneidade e suas realidades desafiadoras ante algumas transformações ocorridas nos últimos anos. Em seguida, tem-se uma reflexão sobre direito do trabalho e direito digital. Posteriormente, realiza-se uma discussão sobre a LGPD e principais temas que lhe são inerentes. Ainda, faz-se uma análise dos pontos desta lei que impactam direta e indiretamente nas relações trabalhistas. A metodologia aqui utilizada consiste em revisão bibliográfica crítica, colocando diferentes autores e produções textuais em diálogo e perspectiva, com método indutivo, enfoque qualitativo e pesquisa explicativa. |
| Resumo: | The scope of this work is to address the impacts of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in the context of labor relations. In the wake of this process, the following question is established as a research problem: what are the challenges and impacts of this legislation within labor law? From then on, the general objective is to analyze labor relations and their legal consequences based on the LGPD. Firstly, we analyze contemporary labor law and its challenging realities in light of some transformations that have occurred in recent years. Next, there is a reflection on labor law and digital law. Subsequently, there is a discussion about the LGPD and the main themes inherent to it. Furthermore, an analysis is made of the points of this law that directly and indirectly impact labor relations. The methodology used here consists of a critical bibliographic review, placing different authors and textual productions in dialogue and perspective, with an inductive method, qualitative approach and explanatory research. |
