A regularização fundiária e a multipropriedade à luz da função social

Abstract

The following work's main proposal is to analyze the right to property, land regularization and multi-ownership in light of the social function, since the right to property is very broad and land regularization and multi-ownership can be mechanisms that make it can be fully used, fulfilling its social function. The first objective is to show the right to property in different codes. The second is to identify the main points of the right to property in relation to the social function of possession, and the third would be to point out multi-ownership and land regularization as expressions of the social function. It was chosen by the researcher because it is an important subject for the Brazilian people, as it is a right that belongs to the citizen, showing the institutes mentioned as expressions of property fulfilling their social function, concluding as an objective of the social State. In the work, to better absorb the topic, bibliographical and theoretical research mechanisms will be used, in order to better understand the work.
