A efetivação das medidas socioeducativas de semiliberdade em tempos de pandemia na cidade de Timon

Abstract

The present paper approaches the National System of Socio-Educational Assistance, facing the changes resulting from the outbreak of the pandemic, verifying the socio-educational measures provided for in the Statute of Children and Adolescents. In this sense, it aims at verifying and understanding the effectiveness of the Socio-educational measure of semi-freedom during the pandemic through data observed in the Socio-educational Center of Semiliberty of Timon. To reach this end, three specific objectives guide the chapters textualized in this work, in order to understand the socio-educational service, its parameters, norms and concepts in addition to identifying as socio-educational measures, analyzing and understanding them, ending with the analysis of the effectiveness of the socio-educational measure of Semiliberty during the pandemic in Timon. Thus, it discusses the national system of socio-educational assistance, as well as the socio-educational measures provided for in the Statute of Children and Adolescents, verifying, finally, the Timon case, about the performance of the Socio-Educational Center for Semiliberty in this municipality and its activity during a pandemic.
