Modalidade de teletrabalho, condições, vantagens e desvantagens: um estudo da evolução tecnológica nas relações de emprego, desafios e perspectivas do teletrabalho dentro do Poder Judiciário

Abstract

This article aims to study the evolution of telework in society, as well as to research the application of this type of work within the Judiciary. From this point, the research problem is to know, in a post-pandemic context, how the Judiciary has managed to adapt to this new reality, and if, in fact, telecommuting is beneficial for the Judiciary and for Teleworkers, having in view of the current regulations in force in Brazil. Thus, initially, an approach was made regarding the development of work in society and the possibility of working at a distance, going through the advantages and disadvantages brought about by telecommuting. Still, it was discussed about the beginning of the laws that regulate this type of work and the construction of the jurisprudence of the Courts on the subject. As for the methodology used to prepare this project, it is descriptive and exploratory, being a bibliographical study, with a focus on telecommuting.
