Erotização precoce à luz do princípio da proteção integral em análise do caso da “Mc Melody”

Abstract

The present undergraduated project is constituted by the research carried out about the importance of discussing the eroticization of children in Brazil, using as a backdrop the artistic scene of funk, having as a special parameter the case of Mc Melody. The work has the general objective to explore the concept of childhood in diferente contexts is approached as this conception is the result of changes over the years; the international instruments of protection, and the collaboration of these instruments for the regulation of fundamental rights in accordance with the doctrine of integral protection embodied in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent. This is a bibliographic and exploratory research, using historical and media moments to support the present study. The main objective is to present reflections on the impacts of early eroticization on the life of children and adolescents, as well as tools to combat eroticization, taking into account the joint action of family, society and state, based on article 227 of the Constitution. 1988, as well as the role of the Guardianship Council and the Public Prosecution Service. The Investigation will approach the content of the songs and the appealing situations to which the children funk singers are subjected taking into account their conditions of developing people, respect for the principle of full protection, the best interest, the right to privacy, intimacy, and dignity of these vulnerable beings in order to identify the protection tools available in the Child and Adolescent Statute.
