O processo de cumprimento na medida socioeducativa de internação aplicável as adolescentes em São Luís - MA

Abstract

Today, children and adolescentes have their rights protected in the Constitution, the Civil Code, they lived times when childhood was totally ignored by the legal system. The presente work aims to analyze the (in) effectiveness of the socio-educational measure of hospitalization, as well as the importance of the family, society and state, in the processo of complying with the measure. For this, a research was carried out through the online platform questions, with the participation of seventy interviewees, they answered five questions related to the socio-educational measures. Concluded that, sixty percent of the interviewees, they agreed that socio-educational measures they are noto ne hundred percent effective, due to some factors that often lead them practicing new ilegal acts. On the other hand, for the effectiveness of compliance measure, these adolescentes need the support the state, Society and especially the family, because they are essential bases for the re-socialization after the measure is fulfilled.
