Pós-humanismo e direitos humanos, humanidade em crise e os novos desafios aos direitos humanos diante problemática da condição pós-humana

Abstract

This monograph presents a debate on the problems that human rights face in postmodernity, so it is also discussed the figure of subjetct of law in a postmodernity world from the perspective of post-humanist theories that seek to understand and debate how society is related with a reality, technology and mainly with a right. This work uses the dialectical method as a means of interpreting the real and a better interpretation of the search to apprehend changes in social transformations. Human rights were then constituted in a series of revolutions that ushered in the modern age that also provided or arose the rational individual subject to legal rights. Parallel to these two classes also despised as protagonists of the social dynamics, the bourgeoisie and the proletariat abandoned then or the tone of the class struggle of the next century. Nowadays, the human aspects of copyright can become latent and other problems, and then become favored, questioning its effectiveness, or advancing the methods of domination by the technology denounced by Marxists, having achieved unprecedented proportions in which new violations rights. In this conflicting social relationship, a denial of modern man also emerged or comes, subject to attacks by technology and the avant-garde of post-humanism.
