Facções criminosas: a política do genocídio da juventude negra

Abstract

The proposed research aims to discuss the politics of black youth genocide. Manifested through the absence of public policies to confront the growth of criminal factions, which had their origin within the prison system. Over the years, these factions have surpassed the prison walls and entered the neighborhoods. They seek every day to recruit more young people who, due to the lack of public policy attitude, are entering factions at an earlier age. As it is a current and highly relevant topic, it justifies the reason for this research. Given this context, there is a search for an understanding of why so many young people get involved with criminal factions, and through the Theory of Necropolitics, there is a way to reach this understanding, and throughout the research, we have the Theory of Labeling and the Necropower as other theories that provide a basis for work. Therefore, as it is a topic with little material for research, since most of them are filled with prejudices, a survey of bibliographic materials that collaborated for the research was carried out, as well as reports on the topic.
